Voice messages

• We only respond to voice messages that are clearly understandable.
• We may not respond to calls from private or hidden numbers.
• We will not return messages that only say 'please call me back' or 'I have a question' without mentioning the question, or questions that are answered on our Help & Support or Home page.

Working hours

As a global online platform, our website operates 24/7, every day of the year. While our working hours and phone support are flexible, we aim to respond in under 6 hours, but please allow up to 24 hours, subject to our workload and staff availability.

Technology support

Find a Crew™ is an online portal that requires some level of computer proficiency to navigate the site effectively. If you’re struggling using mobile or desktop devices, this site may not be for you, as technical training and device tutorials are not part of our service.
